Onco-Ballet - Newport Beach

In Onco-Ballet we don't focus on perfect ballet technique, but teach you true ballet movements to help you find joy through dance. Onco-Ballet is about using movement and creative expression to help you tune into your body through modified ballet steps. This class is tailored specifically for anyone who has faced cancer to help you learn ballet movement and get your body moving. Join us for an 8-week session to learn the ballet basics and see for yourself what Onco-Ballet is all about. This class is for Hoag Cancer patients, 18 and older only. Hoag cancer patients must be under care of a Hoag Oncologist in active treatment, starting treatment soon or have finished treatment within the past 5 years.*No Class on Monday, October 20th*

Prepared Childbirth - Irvine

This educational program is designed to help you and your partner prepare for labor and the birth of your baby through an interactive approach. You will learn skills and strategies to help make your childbirth experience a positive one; understanding the labor process; when to come to the hospital; breathing, relaxation, and other therapies for pain; timing contractions; labor and pushing positions for both medicated and unmedicated births and what to expect after your baby is born.Class includes a hospital tour.$95.00 price is per couple

This tour will be held in-person and is limited to 2 people for each party. Tour is facilitated by Hoag's OB Education Registered Nurses. During this tour you will learn more about our facility, available resources before and after birth and expectations for your hospital experience.Expectant mothers who are at least 24 weeks pregnant, one partner can attend but do not register them. No children allowed on tour.
